ARRANGE FEDEX PICKUP UPDATE
Scammers send a text message with a fake shipment tracking code and a link to update your delivery preferences. I guess that's why scammers come up with new stories all the time, like a package tracking scam we're hearing about. Maybe someone wants to steal my personal information. Maybe that little voice in your head starts talking to you. You may be skeptical when someone you don’t know sends you a text message you didn’t expect and it tells you to click on a link. I'm just surprised after 49 yrs of operations they are still around. Changed a few browsers trying to create a personal account, same non-responsive behavior.Ī simple pick-up is buried within all sorts of complicated process that don't work. ANOTHER HOUR of trying to create an account with the website glitching out or just not responding when clicking on the submit button. Apparently the website login ISN'T an account. Oh then I learnt that I had to create an ACCOUNT within my logged in account on FEDEX. I just wanted to arrange a pick-up that's it. No clear instructions whatsoever about the NINE DIGIT account number just to start a shipping or a pick-up. The FEDEX website is one of the most dogsh** experience I ever had.

I printed it and proceeded to try to arrange for a pick-up from my place. Spotted a defect, contacted the sellers, and they sent me a paid return label. Recently I bought something pretty pricey. Large prominent logo, recognizable trucks. I just regarded them as one of those reputable shipping companies around. I never actually thought anything about FEDEX before.
